Detailed Description	Planning, Designing, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of Commercial building of RCC framed structure (Basement 2 + GF + 6 Floors+ Terrace) “PM EKTA MALL” at Pandri Haat Campus, Pandri ,Raipur(Chhattisgarh) which meet GREEN Building norms and obtain the certification of the same by incorporating stipulated specification along with all services (Civil and E&M) as per NBC- 2016/CPWD/CGPWD Specification, including site survey, soil investigation, provision of parking planning and design of required services, preparation of preliminary architectural & detailed working drawings, structural analysis & design, planning, designing ,execution of all Civil and E & M services, obtaining all statutory approvals including Dismantling of existing building, cutting/transplant of trees, Environment Clearance/Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) and commencement certificate from local body and commissioning of services etc. as per detailed scope and specifications for Civil and E & M works including internal water supply & sanitary installations, Internal electrical installations and Fans, External Civil and Electrical service connections, power wiring , Telephone conduiting and wiring, Lightning conductor system, Lifts, Escalators, Addressable intelligent Fire Alarm System, Fire fighting system with wet riser and sprinkler system & Pressurized Mechanical Ventilation i/c Chiller, illuminated Signage, LAN System, IP based EPABX System, Wifi system , IP based CCTV system, Façade lighting, Façade projection Mapping, Water Supply Pump sets, dewatering pumps and panels, Online UPS System with 30 minutes backup, DG set, Integrated Building management system, Audio -visual/Conference system, Auditorium, Solar water heating system, compound and street lighting with LED, STP ,Horticulture work etc and any other component necessary for completion, making the facilities functional, obtaining fire clearance, water connection, electrical connection and lift from authorities concerned, Obtaining Occupancy Certificate/ Building Use (BU) permission from local body, obtaining GREEN certification, preparation and submission of “as built drawings” and handing over of the building all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge including 1 year of Operation and Maintenance & 3 years of Defect Liability period.
