documents can be downloaded free of cost through the department’s
Sub-Portal http://eproc.cgstate.gov.in.
directly and shall be submitted online only after making the payment of Bid
submission fees online.The Contractor shall also submit E.M.D. amount through online.The bids of the contractors have to be digitally

Registration certificate.Copy of valid Bank Solvency Certificate not older than 12
months from any Schedule Bank.It is Mandatory
for the "B&quo t;, "C" & "D" Class bidders, to
submit affidavit (annexure 3, enclosed) and the list of ongoing works/works in
hand in the Annexure "2" (enclosed), If the total value of works in
hand is more than 2.5 times the capacity as specified for "B",
"C" and "D" class bidders registration the bidder shall be
disqualified.It is Mandatory for the "A"
Class bidder, to submit affidavit (an nexure 3, enclosed) and Bid capacity
information (Appendix 1) along with information Annexure 1, 2. The bidder will only be qualified if the
available bid capacity is equal or more than the amount put to tender.Scan Copy
of 02 Affidavits. 1) Affidavit should be submitted co sting Rs 100/- Non Judicial Stamp Paper& 2) Annexure-3 Bid capacity Affidavit
attatched in Appropriate Template.& lt;span style='color: red; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;'>The reason
of “internet link failure” will not be entertained for extension of submission

A & B received online, in the presence of the tenderer(s)/representatives
who choose to attend at the time, date and place specified in the Notice
inviting tender.
