Online tenders in form “A” percentage rate basis are invited on behalf of Governor of Chhattisgarh for the following work up to 25-06-2024:-
Name of Work- Construction of Higher Secondary School Building at Dantewada, District-Dantewada.

It is mandatory for the contractors to upload the scanned copy of processing fees, EMD instrument along with other details as above during Online bidding submission process otherwise tender will be disqualified while opening.
SPECIAL CONDITION:-
[1] In the event of withdrawing his/her after before the expiry of the period of validity of offer or failing to execute the agreement as required by condition No. 8.1.1 of the notice inviting tender (N.I.T.) he/she will not be entitled to tender for this work in case of recall of tenders. In addition to forfeiture of his/her earnest money as per provisions of condition No. 4.7 and 8.1.1 of N.I.T. as may be applicable for the work, the registering authority will demote the contractor/firm for a period of one year. If the tenderer has committed a similar default on earlier occasion(s) as well, then such demotion in registration will be permanently.
[2] (a) Cess @ 1% (One per
cent) shall be deducted at source, from every bill of the contractor by the Executive engineer under Building and other construction for workers welfare, cess act 1996.
(b) It is mandatory for the contractor(S) to get him self/themselves registered with C.G. Building & Other Construction welfare Board as soon as the work order is issued to him / them for the work amounting to Rs. 10.00 (ten) lacs and above and submit a copy of the same to the concern Executive Engineer. Otherwise no payment will be made under the contract.
[3] (a) Contractors are advised to go through the Notice Inviting tenders & the tender/ P.Q./Bid Capacity document thoroughly. Certificates, annexure, enclosures as mentioned in the document will have to be submitted by the tenderers strictly in the prescribed format, at the time of submission of Technical/ Financial Bid, failing which the contractor shall disqualify for the work & his financial offer shall not be opened and no representation, appeal o
r objection, what so ever in this regard shall be entertained, by the department.
[4] APPENDIX 2.10-Annexure-G- SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF N.I.T.
19 (B) – (For tender value from Rs. 1 crore to Rs. 5 crore)
All the bidder shall have to submit the information of bid capacity (Appendix 1), information in annexure 1, 2 and affidavit (annexure 3). They will only be qualified if the available bid capacity is equal or more than amount put to tender.
All the contractors are required to submit Envelope D physically containing the following Documents:
[1] Affidavit Annexuer- 3 in Original (Non Judicial stamp in 100 Rs.) (Format N.I.T 2.10).
Sealed Envelope-D should be submitted only through Registered Post/Speed Post so as to reach in the Office of the Superintending Engineer, Public Work Department, (B & R) Bastar Circle Jagdalpur, PIN No.-494001 On or before Dated 28-06-2024 upto 5:30 PM mentioned above . For any postal delay the D
epartment shall not be responsible.
