1. In order to participate in the tenders floated using the e-Procurement System, all contractors/bidders are required to get enrolled on the e-Procurement portal (http://eproc.cgstate.gov.in)
The bids submitted online should be signed electronically with a Digital Certificate to establish the identity of the bidder bidding online. The registered contractors may obtain information required to issuance of Digital Certificate from . e-Procurement system Help Desk,

2. For submitting the bids online, the c
ontractors/bidders are required to make online payment using the electronic payments gateway service Bid Hash Submission Fee as mentioned above The different modes of electronic payments accepted on the e-Procurement System is available and can be viewed online on the e-Procurement Website (http://cgeprocurement.gov.in).
3. Tender Download, Submit Bid Hash online, Submission of Bids, EMD and other Documents and other activities will be governed by the time schedules given under “Key Dates”.
4. Conditions related to e-Procurement are furnished in “Annexure–O” of tender document and will overrule other conditions wherever applicable/relevant.
5. The Bidders has to submit (Upload Scan Copies/fill) his offer/credentials online as required in the tender in the online templates in relevant envelopes.
6. The Bidders may refer Help Manual available online to perform there online activities.
7. Conditions related to e-Procurement are furnished in &
ldquo;Annexure–O” of tender document and will overrule other conditions wherever applicable/relevant.
8. The bids of the contractors have to be digitally signed by the Digital Certificate of the Contractorbefore submitting the bids online.

Self Attested / Notarized Copy of E-Registration certificates.
Self Attested / Notarized Copy of PAN CARD.
Self Attested / Notarized Copy of Income Tax Return Clearance (Saral copy) Certificate (Last Two Year)
Self Attested / Notarized Copy of GST Registration certificate.
Self Attested / Notarized Copy of Financial Capacity (Minium 15% of Probable Amount of Contract) in theform of Bank salvency.
Self Attested / Notarized Copy of 2B form Tools & Tackle (Certified any Government Department)

ineer Engaged by Contractor (With Engineering Passed Certificate)
Annexure-13 Affidevit.
Experience certificate of construction of water tank of 50% capacity of 250 KL water tank i.e. 125KL capacity and laying of D.I. pipe line.
10. It will be compulsory to submit the affidavit in a stamp of Rs 100 stamp (notarized) of affidavit, Mandatory Document and EMD FDR to the office before opening the tender through speed post.
11 The Bidders may refer Help Manual available online to perform there online activities Continue.
12. The Quantity of BOQ may vary according to actual site condition.
