from Experienced reputed Firms or Contractors Registered in Unified
Registration System of C.G. for similar work on GoC e-Procurement System (http://eproc.cgstate.gov.in

- In
order to participate in the tenders floated using the e-Procurement
System, all contractors/bidders are required to get enrolled on the
e-Procurement portal (http://eproc.cgstate.gov.in).
- The
bids submitted online should be signed electronically with a Digital
Certificate to establish the identity of the bidder bidding online. The
registered contractors may obtain information required to issuance of
Digital Certif
icate from e-Procurement system Help Desk No. 1800
419 9140 (Toll free) (From 9.00 AM to 11.00 PM) or
through Email ID eproc@gmail.com.
- For
submitting the bids o
nline, the contractors/bidders are required to make
online payment using the electronic payments gateway service Bid Hash
Submission Fee as mentioned above The different modes of electronic
payments accepted on the e-Procurement
System is available and can be viewed online on the e-Procurement Website
(http://eproc.cgstate.gov.in).

Download, Submit Bid Hash online, Submission of Bids, EMD and other
Documents and other activities will be governed by the time schedules
given under -Key Dates.
- Conditions
related to e-Procurement are furnished in Guidelines to bidders EPS
v1 of tender document and will overrule other conditions wherever
applicable/relevant.
- The
Bidders has to submit (Upload Scan Copies/fill) his offer/credentials
online as required in the tender in the online templates in relevant
envelopes.
- The
Bidders may refer Help Manual available online to perform there online
activities.
- The tender documents can be
downloaded free of cost from the portal. (website)
http://eproc.cgstae.gov.in directly and shall be submitted online only
after making the payment of Bid submission fees online. All bid related
activities (Process) like Tender Document Download, Bid Preparation and
Hash Submission, Bid Submission and submission of EMD and other documents
will be governed by the time schedule given under 'Key Dates' below.
- The bids of the contractors have
to be digitally signed by the Digital Certificate of the Contractor before
submitting the bids online.
- The
Bidders has to submit (Upload Scan Copies/fill) his offer/credentials
online as required in the tender in the online templates in relevant
envelopes :
1. Unified PWD Registration Certificate
in Chhattisgarh State (Valid till Opening Date of
Tender).
2. "Partnership Deed", If
Registered As a FIRM.
3. G.S.T. Registration Certificate &
Clearance Certificate of Last 03 Months.
4. Income
tax Clearance Certificate of
Last Financial Year.
5. Bank
Solvency Certificate (in Which Amount Mentioned is 15% or More Than Whole Cost
of Tender & Valid Till Opening Date of tender).
6. Pan Card.
7. EMD In Form of F.D.R./T.D.R..
8. Affidavit In Prescribed Format (At Rs. 100/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper)
9. Any other Document as required .
- All the contractors are required to submit
Envelope A physically containing the following Document On or Before Dated 19-07-2024 Time 17.30 PM by Speed or Registered Post:
a. EMD in Form of TDF/FDR/MMDC in favor of Commissioner, Municipal
Corporation, Chirimiri ( Malviya Nagar, West Chirimiri) & Contractor's
Combine name.
b. Affidavit In Prescribed Format (At Rs. 100/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper).
- Online Bids Are Rejected, if the Bidder
Failed to Submit Envelope-A In Physically on or Before Stipulated Date
& Time Mentioned Above.
- The
Bidders may refer Help Manual available online to perform there online
activities.
The contractors
shall also upload the Original scanned copy Required Documents during Online
Bidding submission Process.
