Online bids are invited for the following works of works up to 23.07.2024 at 17:30 hours.
Executive Engineer, Municipal Corporation Bhilai-Charoda, invites Online Tenders for and on behalf of Municipal Corporation, Bhilai-Charoda for S.O.R. percentage rate (S.O.R. C.G. PWD Road/Building/ Electrical SOR – 01-01-2015 and PHE S.O.R. 2024) tender in form ‘A’ from ‘’D’’ and above class contractors registered in unified registration (single window) in force from C.G. Govt. for similar work on Go C e Procurement System ( https://eproc.cgstate.gov.in )

1. In order to participate in the tenders floated using the e-Procurement System, all contractors/bidders are required to get enrolled on the e-Procurement portal (http://eproc.cgstate.gov.in).
2. The bids submitted online should be signed electronically with a Digital Certificate to establish the identity of the bidder bidding online. The registered contractors may obtain information required to issua
nce of Digital Certificate from e-Procurement system Help Desk No. 1800 4199 140 (Toll free) (From 9.00 AM to 11.00 PM) or through Email ID helpdesk.cgeproc@gmail.com.
3. For submitting the bids online, the contractors/bidders are required to make online payment using the electronic payments gateway service Bid Hash Submission Fee as mentioned above The different modes of electronic payments accepted on the e-Procurement System is available and can be viewed online on the e-Procurement Website (http://eproc.cgstate.gov.in).
4. Tender Download, Submit Bid Hash online, Submission of Bids, EMD and other Documents and other activities will be governed by the time schedules given under -Key Dates.
5. All the Document must be Submitted by Online. No need to submit physically. Only affidavit (100 Rs) and EMD should be submitted physically.
6. The bidder must have to submit self attested documents in clearly readable and easily accessible.

t will be accepted in the form/FDR/TDR, enclosed in a separate envelop, which will be payable to Commissioner , Nagar Nigam, Bhilai Charoda and the contractors name before the tender published schedule, which shall be available in his office, - 25.07.2024 by speed post only.
8. Conditions related to e-Procurement are furnished in Guidelines to bidders EPS v1 of tender document and will overrule other conditions wherever applicable/relevant.
9. The Bidders has to submit (Upload Scan Copies/fill) his offer/credentials online as required in the tender in the online templates in relevant envelopes.

13. The tender documents can be downloaded free of cost from the portal. (Website) http://eproc.cgstae.gov.in directly and shall be submitted online only after making the payment of Bid submission fees online. All bid related activities (Process) like Tender Document Download, Bid Preparation and Hash Submission, Bid Submission and submission of EMD and other documents will be governed by the time schedule given under 'Key Dates' below.
14. The bids of the contractors have to be digitally signed by the Digital Certificate of the Contractor before submitting the bids online.
15. The Bidders has to submit (Upload Scan Copies/fill) his offer/credentials online as required in the tender in the online templates in relevant envelopes. All the contractors are required to submit Envelope A & B online containing the following:-
1. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) receipt is specified in the Tender-documents.
2. Attested Copy of Unified PWD Registrati
on Certificate in Chhattisgarh State.
3. Attested Copy of "Partnership Deed", If Registered As a FIRM.
4. Attested Copy of Valid GST Registration Certificate in State of Chhattisgarh
5. Attested Copy of Pan Card. & Income tax Clearance Certificate
6. Bank Solvency certificate submitted should be amount 15 % of PAC valve

17. The right to approve or reject the tender rate of the Municipal Corporation Bhilai Charoda shall vest

On the order of urban administration – additional performance shall be deposited by the successful bidder at the time of signing of agreement when the bid amount is seriously un balance i.e. less than the estimated cost by more than 10% in such an event the successful bidder will deposit the additional performance security to the extent of deferential cost of bid amount and 90% of the estimated cost in shape of FDR of Nationalized Bank, post
office saving bank account/ National saving certificate / post office time deposited account in favor of Commissioner. In additional to MED failing which the tender in this favor shall be liable for Rejection.
19. For Construction of cement concrete road the contractor bond to work by Tri-mix Vacuum dewatering process for roads with 3.00 met. or more no extra payment should be made for that.
20. In the case of tarring work, the contractor has to furnish a certificate, that he owns automatic drum mix plant, roller, and other machineries for hot mix plant, paver, finisher, and road roller, with the application, and within the range of 60 km Hot mix plant must be available.
The contractors shall also upload the Original scanned copies of Required Documents Along With EMD instrument during Online Bidding submission Process.
