Raipur from tenderers from any part of the country in Form A (Percentage Rate) on SOR issued by Engineer-in-Chief PWD Raipur (CG) for Building work/ Road work/ Electrical works enforce from 01-01-2015/ 01-01-2015/01-07-2015 from contractors, registered in Eligible category in PWD Unified Registration System-[e-Registration] in Eligible Class for civil construction work & get empanelled on e-Procurement System https://eproc.cgstate.gov.in as per the Key Dates mentioned below. The tender documents can be downloaded free of cost from the portal (Website) https://eproc.cgstate.gov.in directly and shall be submitted online only after making the payment of Bid submission fees (cost of tender for
m & bid processing fee) online, along with Earnest Money Deposit in favor of Managing Director, C.G. Police Housing Corp. Ltd., Raipur and Affidavit (in given format) physically in Envelope through speed post /registered post to the office listed in Para 9(B) as per key dates.
The bids of the contractors have to be digitally signed by the Digital Certificate of the Contractor before submitting the bids online.
1. In case the tenderer (s) is/are not registered in appropriate class of contractors in Chhattisgarh Public Works Department/under e-registration and web site https://eproc.cgstate.gov.in He/they shall not be eligible to participate in the above tender.
2. It is mandatory to submit the Following online:-
(A) Envelope A
(1) Details of Earnest money.
(2) Copy of valid registration in CGPWD
(3) 15% Bank Solvency not older than 12 months from the date of application.
(4) Affidavits (in prescribed format as attached in tender document and as per the provision
s of NIT.).
(B) Envelope B
(1) Valid registration of GST.
(2) Other physical document/documents
(3) Experience under similar nature of work
(C) Financial offer (Online Format).
3. Conditional tenders are liable for rejection.
4. If any bidder withdraws his offer before the validity period or makes/propose any modifications in the terms and conditions of the tender, the said earnest money shall stand forfeited.
5. Before the deadline for submission of tender, the Managing Director, CG Police Housing Corp. Ltd., Raipur modify the tender document by issuing amendment.
6. Any amendment thus issued shall be part of the tender document and shall be published on web site.
7. Managing Director, CG Police Housing Corp. Ltd., Raipur will open online Document received online, and Envelope received physically in the presence of the tender(s) / representatives who choose to attend at the time, date and place specified in the Notice inviting tender.
8. Specia
l Condition:
(1) Tender rate should be submitted inclusive of all taxes i.e. GST also.
(2) Cess @ 1% (One percent) shall be deducted at source, from every bill of the contractor by the Managing Director under Building and other construction for workers welfare, Cess Act 1996.
(3) It is mandatory to submit online by the contractor the list of on-going works/works in hand. If any work is found delayed beyond one year from the stipulated date of completion, the contractor will be disqualified for the reason of poor performance.
(4) It is mandatory for contactor to submit an affidavits in prescribed format attached in tender Documents.
(5) Escalation Clause 11(c) deleted.
These special conditions will supersede anything contrary to it in the tender document.
9. (A) All the contractors are required to submit Envelope physically containing the following Documents:
1. Instrument of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD).
2. Affidavits in Original.
3. Other Physical Documents.
(B) Which should be submitted through Registered Post/Speed Post/By Hand so as to reach office of the Managing Director, Chhattisgarh Police Housing Corp. Ltd., SIB Building, Old PHQ, Civil Line, Raipur (C.G.) listed below up to the date and time mentioned above in key dates. For any postal delay the department shall not be responsible.
The dates for opening of envelopes shall as under:-
(i) The tentative dates of opening bids shall be as per the notice but if it is found necessary actual Proposed date of Technical & Financial opening shall be intimated to bidders by Managing Director, Chhattisgarh Police Housing Corp. Ltd., after collecting & compilation of physical envelopes (containing Affidavit, E.M.D.) received at various offices as mentioned above.
(ii) The department shall be empowered to terminate any contract if the contractor sublets the work to some other person on the basis of power of attorney. For any other queries regarding online r
