the work mentioned below are invited on behalf of the Governor of Chhattisgarh
in Form "A" on Building/Electrical
SOR issued by  Engineer-in-Chief,
P.W.D. Raipur (C.G.) in force from 01.01.2015/01-06-2020 & amended up to date of issue of
NIT from contactors, registered C to A class
in new registration system “Unified Registration System-(e-Registration)’’ with
Chhattisgarh P.W.D. and get empanelled on GoC – eProcurement System &The
tender documents can be downloaded free of cost through
the department’s Sub-Portal http://eproc.cgstate.gov.in.
directly and shall be submitted online only after making the payment of Bid
submission fees online.The Contractor shall also submit E.M.D. amount through online.The bids of the contractors have to be digitally
signed by the Digital Certificate of the Contractor before submitting the bids

All the
contractors are required to submit Online containing the following:-




 




 




 




  1. Copy of Registration certificates.

  2. Copy of valid GST Registration certificate.

  3. Copy of valid Bank Solvency Certificate not older than 12
    months from any Schedule Bank.

  4.      & nbsp; All the bidder shall have to submit the
    information of bid capacity (Appendix 1), information in Annexure 1, 2 and
    affidavit (Annexure 3). They will only be qualified if the available bid
    capacity is equal or more than amount put to tender.

  5. Scan Copy
    of 02 Affidavits. 1) Affidavit should be submitted costing     Rs 100/- Non Judicial Stamp Paper & 2) Annexure-3 Bid capacity Affidavit
    attached in Appropriate Template.

  6. The reason
    of “internet link failure” will not be entertained for extension of submission
    date of tender.

  7. NIT No. and
    date with name of the work should be essentially mentioned on the envelope for all
    the bidders who participate in the tender.

     

    All
    the Contractors are required to submit Envelope physically containing the
    following documents:-




















  1. Affidavit in Original Costing ` 100/- Non Judicial Stamp
    Paper.

  2. Bid Capacity Affidavit in Original.

  1. Before
    the deadline for submission of tender, the Superintending Engineer, P.W.D. Durg
    Circle Durg can modify the tender document by issuing amendment.    < ;/b>

  2. Any
    amendment thus issued shall be part of the tender document and shall be
    published on web site.

  3. Superintending
    Engineer, P.W.D. Durg Circle Durg will open online envelope containing Envelop
    A & B received online, in the presence of the tenderer(s)/representatives
    who choose to attend at the time, date and place specified in the Notice
    inviting tender.
