Chief Municipal Officer, Ahiwara Municipal Council invites Online Tenders for and on behalf of Municial council Ahiwara for S.O.R. percentage rate (ESTIMATE BASSED ON CG PHE, UNIFIED SOR WEF 01.06.2020 And PWD Building SOR 01.01.2015 And Electrical Sor 2020) tender in form eligible ‘D’ And Above class contractors of PWD Chhattisgarh/ Equivalent contractors of Central/State Government and their undertaking for similar work on Go e-Procurement System (https://eproc.cgstate.gov.in)

In order to participate in the tenders floated using the e-Procurement System, all contractors/bidders are required to get enrolled on the e-Procurement portal (http://eproc.cgstate.gov.in).
2. The bids submitted online should be signed electronically with a Digital Certificate to establish the identity of the bidder bidding online. The registered contractors may obtain information required to issuance of Digital Certificate from e-Procurement system Help Desk No. 1800 258 2502 (Toll free) (From 9.00 AM to 11.00 PM) or through Email ID helpdesk.cgeproc@gmail.com.
3. For submitting the bids online, the contractors/bidders are required to make online payment using the electronic payments gateway service Bid Hash Submission Fee as mentioned above The different modes of electronic payments accepted on the
e-Procurement System is available and can be viewed online on the e-Procurement Website (http://eproc.cgstate.gov.in).
4. Tender Download, Submit Bid Hash online, Submission of Bids, EMD and other Documents and other activities will be governed by the time schedules given under -Key Dates.
5. Physical Submission of EMD (by Post) FDR in favour of Chief Municipal Officer Municipal council Ahiwara at Dated 23.09.2024 Time 16.00 PM.

7. Conditions related to e-Procurement are furnished in Guidelines to bidders EPS v1 of tender document and will overrule other conditions wherever applicable/relevant.
8. The Bidders has to submit (Upload Scan Copies/fill) his offer/credentials online as required in the tender in the online tem plates in relevant envelopes.
9. The Bidders may refer Help Manual available online to perform there online activities.
10. The tender documents can be downloaded free of cost from the portal. (website) http:
//eproc.cgstae.gov.in directly and shall be submitted online only after making the payment of Bid submission fees online. All bid related activities (Process) like Tender Document Download, Bid Preparation and Hash Submission, Bid Submission and submission of EMD and other documents will be governed by the time schedule given under 'Key Dates' below.
11. The bids of the contractors have to be digitally signed by the Digital Certificate of the Contractor before submitting the bids online.
12. All the Contractors Are Recuired to Submit envelope A Online Document Containing the Following.
1. The Earnest Money Deposit (In the Form of FDR) And Tender Processing Fees as specified in the Tender-documents.
2. Attested Copy of Unified PWD Registration Certificate in Chhattisgarh State.
3. Attested Copy of "Partnership Deed", If Registered As a FIRM.
4. Attested Copy of Valid GSTN No.
5. Attested Copy of Income tax Clearance Certificate. (Last Three Financial Year)

Attested Copy of Valid Bank Solvency Certificate (minimum 15% of tender amount witch is not old than 1 Year from This NIT Date )
7. Attested Copy of Pan card.
8. ANNEXURE-13 Affidavit.
9. Tools and plant certificate ( Certified by EE/CMO).
10. EPF and ESIC certificate with last three months Return.
11. ANNEXURE-J & ANNEXURE-K Will be Valid on the above tender. Attach ANNEXURE-J & ANNEXURE-K in envelope B .
13. All the Contractors Are Recuired to Submit envelope A Offline Document Containing the Following .
1. ANNEXURE-13 Affidavit.
2. The Earnest Money Deposit (In the Form of FDR) in Original And Tender Processing Fees (in Original) as specified in the Tender-documents.
3. Attested Copy of Unified PWD Registration Certificate in Chhattisgarh State.
14. The Bidders may refer Help Manual available online to perform there online activities.
15. The right to approve or reject the tender rate of the Municipal council Ahiwarashall vest

ience certificate of construction of OHT more than 200KL And construction of Sumpwell more than 45KL . experience certificate of Laying DI pipe Line.
17. After getting the tender, the structure design will have to be submitted after getting it passed from the concerned department.
The contractors shall also upload the Original scanned copies of Required Documents Along With EMD instrument during Online Bidding submission Process.
Note: - All eligible/interested contractors are mandated to get enrolled on the eProcurement portal (http:// eproc.cgstate.gov.in) in order to download the tender documents and participate in the subsequent bidding process.
