6. Tender Download, Submit Bid Hash Online, Submission Of Bids, EMD And Other Documents And Other Activities Will Be Governed By The Time Schedules Given Under “Key Dates”.
7. Conditions Related To E-Procurement Are Furnished In “Annexure–O” Of Tender Document And Will Over Rule Other Conditions Wherever Applicable/Relevant.

13. No Payment Will Be Made Unless Test Reports From Mobile Lab Of UAD Regional Office Surguja Division Are Found Satisfactory.
14. Neither Material Advance Nor Mobilization Advance Will Be Given To The Contractor.
