5 Completion certificate of specialized agency in support of Similar work criteria - i) One similar completed work of value not less than 80percent of ECPT OR ii) Two similar completed works each of value not less than 60percent of ECPT OR iii) Three similar completed works each of value not less than 40percent of ECPT Similar work shall means work of Providing Consultancy Services for Bio safety lab level 1 (BSL-I or Higher) or Animal House (AS PER NIT) Mandatory
6 Turnover- Average annual financial turnover on above works should be at least 50percent of the estimated cost put to tender during the immediate last three consecutive financial years. Mandatory
7 Profit/loss - The bidder should not have incurred any loss (profit after tax should be positive)in more than two years during available last five consecutive balance sheet, duly audited and certified by the Chartered Accountant. Mandatory
8 Net worth certificate - Net worth certificate of minimum 10percent of the estimated cost put to tender issued by certified Chartered Accountants as per form B-1- Form B-1 FORM FOR CERTIFICATE OF NETWORTH FROM CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT It is to certify that as per (AS PER NIT) Mandatory
