2 Copy of receipt for deposition of Original EMD issued from the division office of any Executive Engineer, Central PWD, including NIT issuing along with Office Stamp-In the proforma prescribed in Annexure-1 Mandatory
3 Enlistment Order of the Contractor in appropriate Category and valid on the date of opening of tender. Enlistment order issued by enlistment authority, with validity duly extended, in favor of the CPWD contractor shall only be considered. Mandatory
4 Certificate of Registration for GST. The agencies submitting the tender from outside the state of Tamil Nadu will have to submit the undertaking that they will get registered themselves for GST with the Tamil Nadu Government also, if the work is awarded to them. Please see Annexure- 2 Mandatory
