Exemption from Earnest Money Deposit: In accordance with the Public Procurement Policy for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) Order, 2018, MSME firms are entitled to an exemption from payment of the Cost of Tender document & Earnest Money Deposit upon the submission of their registration certificate. We kindly request your consideration for this exemption and assure the submission of the relevant certificates, such as NSIC, Udyam Registration certificate, and other applicable registrations. Similar exemptions have been granted in various CPWD tenders, and we are prepared to provide supporting documentation if required. Exemption clause agreed to be included in the NIT as per rules of Govt. of India. 2. Estimate Cost of the Project for Civil Works: Kindly provide us with an estimate of the project cost for civil works to assist us in preparing our bid effectively. Bidders were advised to calculate the such cost based on plinth area. No such cost can be ascertained as of now. 3. Green Building Consultant Requirement: With reference to page number 62, Sr. no 10, which outlines the requirement of a Green Building Consultant, we request the allowance of Accredited Evaluators from GRIHA and other agencies also, as they are deemed equivalent to IGBC Evaluators. This adjustment would ensure a fair and inclusive evaluation process. As per suggestion “graduate in engineering / architecture accredited evaluated of IGBC / GRIHA / LEED” included in the NIT at Page No. 63, Sl. no. 10. 4. Extension of Last Date of Submission: Recognizing the time required for the department to review queries 29 and suggestions from all bidders, we propose an extension of the last date for bid submission by at least 10 days from the publication of pre-bid responses. This extension would facilitate a comprehensive and through bidding process. Date of submission of bid mutually agreed to be extended upto 29.02.2024. 3. Design Action Group New Delhi Sir, Our Organization Design Action Group" is a registered Micra Enterprises (Services) under Ministry Of Micro, Small And Medium Enterprises vide Certificate No. DL03E0001196. As per Ministry Of Micro. Small And Medium Enterprises order dated 23rd March, 2012, published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary date 26th March, 2012. We are exempted from payment/ depositing Tender Cost and EMD. Please incorporate the provision of this exemption in the NIT and allow us to submit our bid accordingly Exemption clause agreed to be included in the NIT as per rules of Govt. of India. 4. C.P.
