A pre-bid meeting for captioned e-tender was held on July 18, 2024, at 11:00 AM at the Multi Purpose Hall of RBI, Jammu in offline mode.

The bidder raised the query that his company is satisfying all the technical specification indicated in the tender, but the name of the company is not mentioned in the Approved makes of tender. It was clarified that the equivalent makes satisfying the Technical Specifications of the tender may participate in the tender. b. The bidder raised the query regarding storage time of video recording. It was informed that the storage time is clearly indicated in point 3 (i) of the Technical Specifications i.e NVR shall have sufficient storage for a minimum three years of time lapse video recording and 15 days of continuous video recording. 4. Bidder was apprised that the tender should be uploaded well before the last date of bidding to avoid any last-minute errors/rush.
5. Bidders shall note that all the above clarifications provided by the Bank during the pre-bid meeting along with details indicated in the Tender document shall form part of the Tender/Contract.
